A serious injury can result in a permanent change to your quality of life. We understand that it can have a devastating effect and can place a huge burden upon you and your family. Our team is here to start the legal process and help you get the compensation you deserve along with the right treatment and recovery you may need, in the shortest time possible.
Serious injuries include:
head or brain injury
spinal cord injury
We also provide legal services in situations where someone close to you has suffered fatal injuries as a result of an accident. You may be entitled to an amount of compensation as a dependant of the deceased. The amount of compensation varies from case to case and this will be discussed during the initial meeting with your lawyer.
The process of obtaining compensation as a result of accidents at work can encounter many difficulties. The employer is obliged to minimise the risk of an accident at work and to take all necessary safety measures. If the employer does not take any action or the measures taken are inadequate, the employer is responsible for any accidents that happen at the workplace. In order to win the case, the employer's fault must be proven. It is important for your lawyer to understand the nature of the injury and to use the appropriate legal tools. Having a vast expertise in this field and an in depth knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, we can represent you throughout the process.
If you have had an accident at work either as an employee or a self-employed individual, you could be entitled to a claim and our team can provide the legal assistance to obtain the compensation due to the injuries you have suffered.
Unfortunately, road accidents happen often. We come to the aid of those who have suffered road accidents as drivers, passengers, pedestrians, cyclists or passengers in public transport as a result of a careless driver.
If the accident was not caused by you, you may be entitled to obtain an amount of compensation directly proportional to the injuries you’ve suffered. Our team can provide you with the necessary expertise to obtain the maximum amount of compensation.
