Founder and lead solicitor in our Romanian law firm in London, Remus has been living in London for over 25 years having been born in Broşa, Romania. Specialising in accident claims resulting in trauma, he has been practising law in the UK for many years but also has experience in European law. This has allowed him to represent clients in both countries, as well as across other European nations.
Remus has even been known to travel to Romania especially to visit his clients to ensure that the legal process goes as smoothly as possible. He is fluent in English, Romanian and also Spanish.
Remus is also a member of Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL). The groups focus on coming together to help in the support of those who are seeking legal help having fallen victim to an accident.

Stefana Popescu – Paralegal
A graduate from University Alexandru Ioan Cuza in Iaşi, Stefana has over three years of experience as a paralegal. Her time working as a Romanian solicitor in London has seen her gain an in-depth understanding of legal procedure in the UK. This gives her the perfect knowledge for taking our clients through the legal process in a step-by-step manner.

Maria-Larisa Iancu – Paralegal
Larisa joined Remus Robu Solicitors in November 2022 as a paralegal. She graduated from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University with a degree in Law. She completed a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) at BPP University. She deals with all types of personal injury cases such as, road traffic accidents, accidents at work and accidents involving insured drivers. Larisa is equipped with great communication skills, a desire to learn and adapt to new situations. She enjoys traveling, reading and her next challenge is to learn to ski.
Diana Cuciorva – Paralegal
Diana completed her law degree at Ovidius University and a Master’s degree of Europeean studies at University Alexandru Ioan Cuza in Iasi Romania.
Diana joined RR in 2022 dealing with both,road traffic accidents and accidents at work claims.
Diana proved to be a strong, dedicated and compassionate person in her dealings with vulnerable people who suffered injuries.
In her spare time Diana enjoys travelling and share time and affection with her young family.
